Refund Policy

PROCEDURE FOR CONSIDERING REFUND REQUESTS:

Each request is considered individually, in order of queue, and its consideration takes time.

After your refund request is approved, the manager will notify you about it. The refund process itself can take up to several weeks, depending on the payment method, your bank and other reasons.

 

Error payments are processed as follows:

- submit a refund request by creating a ticket in your Personal Account;

- indicate both order numbers. First, indicate the order number for which you want to receive a refund.

 

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE A REFUND:

- if in the refund request you specified a refund method different from the method of replenishing the account or paying for the Service

- in the event of your violation of the requirements of applicable law, the terms of the agreement or the Rules for using the service, as well as using smm.click for illegal, unlawful and prohibited actions, or

- if the reason for the refund is not specified.

 

REFUND TERMS

Refunds are made only in the event of impossibility of fulfilling the order. In other cases, refunds are made at the discretion of smm.click.

 

REFUND PROCEDURE

Refunds are made in the same way the purchase was made. We always refund funds only to the payment method by which we received the funds from you. For example, if you paid for the Service by card, the refund is made by canceling the transaction (refund) and, as a result, the refund can only be made to your card. The refund period depends on the payment method used.

When processing a refund, a 10% fee is withheld for the refund, which is withheld from the amount to be refunded. The refund period is up to 7 business days.
