1. Important

By placing an order on SMM.CLICK, you automatically agree to all of the following terms of service. We reserve the right to change these terms of service without prior notice. It is expected that you will read all terms of service before placing any order to ensure that you are aware of any changes or future changes. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have read and fully accepted the following terms of service, and SMM.CLICK will not be responsible for any losses of users who have not read the terms of service.

As stated on each social network's Terms of Use page, you will only use SMM.CLICK in compliance with any agreements you have made with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms. Prices on SMM.CLICK are subject to change at any time and without notice. A change in the rate does not affect the payment or return policies. Delivery times for any services are not guaranteed by SMM.CLICK. We provide our most accurate delivery time estimate for each order.

This is merely an estimate, and if you think an order is taking too long to process, SMM.CLICK will not reimburse you. SMM.CLICK works hard to meet and exceed our clients' expectations. In this instance, we reserve the right to alter the service type if we think it's essential to complete the order.

Notice: SMM.CLICK disclaims all liability for any harm that may come to you or your company. Obligations: SMM.CLICK is not in any manner in charge of removing pictures or suspending an account. Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

2. Services

SMM.CLICK will be used exclusively to improve your "image" and to advertise your Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, and other social media accounts. We promise that if you use our services under warranty, any lost likes or follows will be returned at no cost to you for the duration of the guarantee. The one exception is if there are less likes or follows than there were at the time of the order. The guarantee and restoration won't be effective in that scenario.

You will need to add the missing quantity before requesting reimbursement. We do NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you. We simply guarantee that you will receive the followers you pay for.

We cannot guarantee a return if, during the order process, the link to your page or channel becomes inaccessible for any reason. If this is supported by the service, it will occur automatically. The typical 30-day warranty period applies if the service is marked "non drop" but lacks information regarding the warranty period. Although we try to make this a reality for everyone, we cannot promise that our accounts will have a profile photo, a complete biography, and submitted images. Nothing that is inappropriate for the Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, or other social media communities, including nudity, will be uploaded to SMM.CLICK.

Please confirm that your account is public before placing an order and that it does not include any content that is illegal or prohibited by social media policies (e.g., spam, fake followers or likes, hacking, narcotics, document forgery or selling, escort). Otherwise, refunds are not guaranteed and orders can be fulfilled improperly.

3. Refund policy

Your payment method will not receive a refund. A deposit cannot be canceled once it has been made. For orders from SMM.CLICK, you have to utilize your balance. You commit to not disputing or initiating a chargeback against us for any reason after making the payment.

We retain the right to cancel all subsequent orders and ban you from our website if you dispute or chargeback us after paying a deposit.

Additionally, we reserve the right to revoke any likes or followers we may have given you or your clients on Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms. After an order is placed on SMM.CLICK, it cannot be canceled or refunded. If an order cannot be fulfilled, you will be credited to your SMM.CLICK account. Refunds are not available for orders that are inappropriate or for personal accounts. Before placing an order, please confirm it.

Your account will be terminated if you engage in fraudulent behavior, such as utilizing credit cards that have been stolen or used without authorization. There are no exceptions. Please refrain from using several servers for the same page at the same time. We won't be able to provide you with the appropriate quantity of followers, likes, or views in this scenario, and we won't reimburse these orders.

4. Privacy Policy

Our use of your personal information is outlined in this policy. We value your privacy and will do everything in our power to safeguard your personal data. We will only use any personal information you provide to complete your order. Your information will not be sold or shared with other parties. Every piece of data is encrypted and kept on safe servers.
